Earlier this week a customer found a serious bug that is fixed in BiteFX software version 2.0.1.22 contained in Update 8 that was posted today (3/7/13).
The bug was that if you imported your own photos and edited notes for those photos that would be placed in session reports created whenever those photos were used in the patient presentation, those notes would be lost when you closed BiteFX.
This problem seemed sufficiently serious that we created a fix as soon as we could and published the update. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you encountered this problem.
